Club Penguin: Nonmembers Can Now Get The Staff And The Shield Items

Hello friends, Thank to Trainman1405 for saying me about this, As you know when a non-member penguin tries to get the 'staff and the shield' item, it says its only available for members but that was actually a bug and Club Penguin team has fixed it now its no longer requires membership! Non members can get it for free! look, my non-member penguin is wearing it:
