Club Penguin Exclusive August 2012 Olympics Party?

So, today I had gotten some images of what possibly the new party for August 2012 will look like. It seems to look like the Olympics Party and the Olympics will still be here in part of August and it makes sense we because it's August. The first image we have is the homepage for the party:

 Now, this image appears to be Dock. However, it looks like it's in a different place?
