Club Penguin Field Ops #71 Bug

Hello friends its Azeemsky here, When i was completing field ops #71 (if you don't know how to complete it then click here) so i was completing field ops #71, after i finish it, suddenly i earned a stamp and it was "Island Guardian" stamp but the strange is i've earned total 49 medals not 50 medals and in my stamp book it say, i will get the stamp when i earn 50 medals which i have not yet but i still earned the stamp

and when i close my EPF phone, i got stuck in this blue screen for 10 seconds then the blue screen disappeared and i can see the migrator

I'm really disappointed by the first glitch, i want to take the video of that but i can't now :(
