To start with, go to the Elite Penguin Force headquarters for your mission briefing.

Open them map and head over to the Beach.
To complete your mission, you have to complete it by figuring out the combination of signs.
Once you have completed your mission, you will receive a message from Gary.
Congratulations! You Have Successfully Completed Field Ops #63 ! :)
