What Happened to the Dojo??!?!!

Today I went to the dojo to complete my fire Training when I found this Changes:

 This is the Normal Dojo:

   
It has A black Cloud and the Volcano has Grey Somke!! That's what we see everyday!!
This is the Dojo in the Holiday party 2011:

The Black Cloud is Gone, and the Volcano has Red Smoke!!
