Go to EPF Head Quarters and go near the Yellow screen, you will get a note from G, Accept it and
Go to Ski Mountain and stand where the penguin is standing in pic
In this field ops you have to play INCOMING TARGETS
After you complete you field ops you will et a message from G
Congrats, You have done your field ops
